Is my academy's data safe?
Yes. Every academy's data is isolated down to the database row and continuously verified by an automated test suite. We take automatic daily backups (about two weeks retained), and you can download your full data as a file any time — it's always yours.
Can I bring my existing students over?
Import your whole roster from a CSV in minutes — we provide a ready template. Most academies are up and running the same week, with no IT help needed.
Do students or parents need to install an app?
No app store, nothing to publish. The student & parent portal opens in the browser and installs itself to the home screen if they want it — one tap.
What happens when I outgrow the Free plan?
Nothing is lost. You keep the same account and web address — you just move up a tier for more students, staff and features. It's the same platform from your first student to your ten-thousandth, so you never migrate systems again.
Is there a contract, setup fee or credit card required?
